Steelhead action

Looks like it's time to dust off the old fly rod and chase the steelhead. The rising waters from this weekends rain should really get them fired up. As soon as the creeks settle down, I'll be out. If any one is planning a day out let me know, maybe we can hook up. I'm pretty sure I can twist Scott's arm hard enough to go.

The nice part is,you don't have to be a seasoned veteran fly angler to be succesful.A descent fly rod and reel, and a handfull of different patterns and your good to go.If your interested in fly fishing,it's a great place to start.

Managed to get out in April. First time for me with a fly rod and what a blast it was!

The start of this week is completely blown out from the hard rain but by weeks end the tribs should be in good shape and full of steelhead
