I am possibly looking to upgrade my bow this year, I am using a Hoyt now, probably 7-8 years old but only used 3-4 seasons on a regular basis. I think an upgrade is in order as my bow seems to be "slow" and noisy.
What am I losing out on if I buy a Ready to Shoot bow package ? seems I would be putting whisker biscuit rest and tru glo sights and the PSE i looked at was set up with all of the things I would be using. I guess I need to know if there is a drop in quality as the prices I saw appeared to be $200 cheaper to buy set up package ?
Keep in mind this will be my first new bow as my last two have been previously used. Budget is also an issue and anything over $600 would be tough to convince the wife.
